But I did behave somewhat. I didnt go all the way, even though I wanted to eat more than I did. It still puzzles me a bit why i get so freaking hungry at night time. i am never hungry in the morning or afternoon. i do get hungry but not as much as night. At nights my demons are all partying and i feel like a target. But I have a few ideas how to beat it. Lora I did barbell squats, dead lifts and few prizon push ups! It was kind of an express work out! But if i feel beat up or stressed for time, tthats what I do, a very quick yet very effective work out of dead lifts, sqauts and push ups. it takes 10 min but it deos keeps afloat and revs up your metabolism. It is one of the reason I feel so hungry after.
