I am in pain! I have no idea whats happening with me but it surely pisses living light out of me. My body is giving me many warning signs but I cant figure out whats going on but neither do doctors, at least for now. Its either that or my body is simply way too stressed out and needs time off to cool off. Yesterday I was insanely uncomftable spending full day in and out of the bathroom. It was not a good thing. The trip to the bathroom was followed up by extreme fatigue and pain in both extremeties. Pain would subside big time after the trip to the bathroom. My intestines were bloated and it was pushing on my diaphragm. I was told it could be IBS or stress related. I do have plenty of stress and at times it seems I cant handle it. I have been way too emotional at times too. I snapped at people, and even broke down in tears this morning. I hate unknown and I hate this debilitating condition. It simply sucks monkey's behind. It slows me down to a point where I feel overwhelmed by it. It, whatever it is, stealing my personality. I feel run down. So for the time being I am off low carb. I am still eating relatively lower carbs but will add fruits and oatmeal to calm down my stomack. Hopefully I will feel better before I feel worth. Thanks for your continued support. oatmeal will ferment in your stomach and make you bloatier, so I wouldnt eat that if I were you. I am wondering if you are gluten intolerant, because your symptoms sound like this. Gluten is in all breads and most cereals unless it specifically says no gluten. If you have to go off your low carb diet, then at least eliminate the gluten and have carbs which do not have gluten in them (rice, fruit)this is what I do. If I HAVE to go off low carb, going off but staying gluten free at least keeps me from bloating up from all the carbs.
Also eliminate any diet soda you are drinking which makes you feel bloaty too.
Hmm, Vadim, this is a recurring issue, are you drinking protein shakes again? I remember when we did our shake challenge how much they bothered our stomachs. Sorry your are in such a state right now. Somehow I am missing your post updates, I'll have to check my settings.
Nancy, I am not eating anything that contains gluten, at least to my knowledge. But I will check it again to make sure I am not. Thanks for advice! Hey, shezug, my favorite blogger. Funny you ask about protein shakes. I have been off for a week but it didnt help. But I did add on one shake at night. May be it is that and I am too blind to see it. However the fatigue and extreme exhustion factor is buffling me. I will try to eat more clean this coming week. Just lots of green salads, olive oilsd and meat and fish.
