I am back on low carb. I have had a headacke all day long, not sure if its from switching to low carb and being in ketosis or my ongoing health issues. It was very managable though, pray to God it stays that way and doesnt get any worth.
Here is what I ate:
1 salmon burger with side salad
1 salmon burger with Shirataki noodles with mushrooms
1 salmon burger with Shirataki noodles with mushrooms
1 cup of Organic Kefir with 1/3 cup of organic wild blueberries
I made salmon burgers from Alaskan canned salmon and mixed it with two eggs and half a cup almond flour. I fried it with 3 tablespoon of coconut oil.
I will keep my fingers crossed that induction for the next two weeks will not provoke any health scare as it is a bit of shock to my body. But gotta stay positive!

Bravo, Vadim!
Glad to see you back and back in good form! :-)
I hope your induction period is manageable.
We've been eating more salmon lately as well. How did the salmon burgers turn out? I may have to give that recipe a shot.
Stay positive and strong! Remember the palm tree and the tickling baby - whenever necessary! :-)
The salmon patties sound so good! A friend of mine gets headaches when he's been off low carb for awhile then goes back to induction. It gets easier for him as his body adjusts so hopefully it will for you too!
Thanks! I hope so October. Thanks Harry for your support. I think salmon burgers come out ok, nothing spectacular but very tolerable. Plus it literally takes less than 15 minutes to make them. I used to mix it up with sautedd garlic and spinach and few tablespoon of whey protein whihc made them more juicy and tasty, but lately havent been in the mood to make it that way.
Way to go Vaddy!
Good to see you back on the wagon. I'd be willing to bet you just have a case of induction flu. It will be over in a day or so. I do hope your health problems subside.
Thanks Sadekat!
