Monday, a new day! Will I make it pass Thursday this time?!

I had a bad ass weekend. I woke up all fatigued on Saturday morning feeling like a 95 year in a 127 years old body. On top of everything else my scale was playing with me too. I just lost it. Kept eating the worst junk on a planet earth! Went back to bed! Woke up later Saturday afternoon, felt like earlier was actually heaven. Couldnt move out of bed, everything hurt! Even my tongue! So I ate the worst junk again. Felt asleep, woke up later that evening and felt like 127 years old in a 295 years old body. Then came Sunday, felt a bit better! Today is Monday, feeling better. The cold residual effect is still there. But I am back on Medifast, hopefully I can at least make it pass day 4 which seems to be a cursed mark. Then again, I dont stress it. I believe!

It's Thursday, and I hope you are still at it.

Have you read The Sedona Method? I am working with it now. It might be good for you to work on your binge/craving issues. The techniques in the book are VERY simple. I think the book might be worth a perusal for you.

Actually I just got the book. Will read it over the weekend. I am still going, so far so good. Today is Thursday, which so far had been my achiles. For the past three days I have always been walking a lot. Night hunger is still a big problem but few times I did eat 6 th bar and it took care of it. My problem in the past was my all or nothing attitude. This time around I am changing that way of destructive thinking. So far so good, keeping my fingers crossed. I still havent cheated but I do eat a bit more for my lean green or add an extra meal and its working. Thanks Onpoint!

Still same, rollecaster! Few days I am ok, then relapse back to my old habits. However I did lose 10 pounds so thats a good news.

Keep up the good progress Vadim :)

I hope you're continuing to find progress with the Medifast system, Vadim. 10 lbs is a big step in the right direction.

Any comments about The Sedona Method? Has that become a valuable tool since you've last posted? I hope so.

Thinking of you and wishing you and yours well.

I will be back soon for update! All I can say that I havent been in a happy place lately as far as food choices are concerned. Mom has been really sick, took a turn for the worse but I keep being optimistic no matter what. Thanks Harry!
