12PM-
2 chicken thighsabout 4oz= 280m calories= 30 grams of protein
2 chicken breast=150 calories=25 grams of protein
2 tablespoons of wasabi mayo=200 calories
1 low stressed chicken link= 35 calories= 5 grams of protein
1 oz almonds= 170 calories


3pm-
1 scoop of Isopure chocolate whey protein= 120 calories= 22 protein
1 scoop of Chocolite whey protein= 80 calories= 12 protein
10 oz Countdown milk= 120 calories
1 tablespoon of organic cocoa= 40 calories


6 pm
1 scoop of Isopure chocolate whey protein= 120 calories= 22 protein
1 tablespoon of organic cocoa= 40 calories
4 oz of light coconut milk= 50 calories
1/3 cup of blueberries= 50 calories= 7 grams carbs



8pm-
1 scoop of Isopure chocolate whey protein= 120 calories= 22 protein
1 tablespoon of organic cocoa= 40 calories
8 oz of light coconut milk= 100 calories
1/3 cup of blueberries= 50 calories
1 oz almonds=170 calories

11 pm-

1 scoop of Isopure chocolate whey protein= 120 calories= 22 protein
8 oz light coconut milk= 100 calories



1 pm-
3 0z chicken thigh=250 calories= 25 grams of protein
6 low stressed chicken links= 400 caloires= 30 grams protein
1 tablesppon of wasabi mayo= 100 calories
1 egg= 70 calories


TOTAL CALORIES= 2920 CALORIES


IT WAS A BIT MORE THAN I WANTED CALORIES WISE FOR TODAY, BUT GIVEN THE FACT THAT I WAS COMING OFF A HORRIBLE WEEKEND OF JUNK CRAP, I LL TAKE IT. I DID GET ALL MY SHAKES IN, AND THAT IS A GOOD THING FOR ME. I ALSO DID SOME HEAVY LIFTING TODAY SO I DID BURN CALORIES THERE AS WELL!

Looks like you ate well for your body to function well, especially with all the exercise :)

Were you hungry at all? And do you count carbs?

Good job, Vadim! Man, I do not know how you do mostly protein shakes! I drink one in the mornings sometimes and get hungry so quickly with them!

i was definitely hungry at night tonight as well! But I did behave somewhat. I didnt go all the way, even though I wanted to eat more than I did. It still puzzles me a bit why i get so freaking hungry at night time. i am never hungry in the morning or afternoon. i do get hungry but not as much as night. At nights my demons are all partying and i feel like a target. But I have a few ideas how to beat it. Lora I did barbell squats, dead lifts and few prizon push ups! It was kind of an express work out! But if i feel beat up or stressed for time, tthats what I do, a very quick yet very effective work out of dead lifts, sqauts and push ups. it takes 10 min but it deos keeps afloat and revs up your metabolism. It is one of the reason I feel so hungry after. But thsoe 3 particulat exercise are called compound body movements, and if you never do anything esle but those 3 you will still be in ok shape. they are like fish oil of exercise! thank you guys, keep the good work coming!
